When can I expect my order??

  • We strive to ship orders within 3 business days, sometimes sooner.  You will receive an email shipping notification with tracking information.  Check your email junk/spam folder incase it gets shuffled in there. You can contact us if you did not receive one and we will get that information to you.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If your order has not been processed or marked as shipped yet, we can accommodate a cancelation.  Special orders excluded.  Contact us.

My shipment is delayed or lost can I get a refund?

  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping or lost packages.  We will provide you with any shipping information you may need to file a claim.  

Return Policy

  • At this time we do not accept returns.  However, if we have made a mistake on your order please contact us so we can correct that for you.

Shipping Invoices

  • We do not include invoices in our packages.  It is just a little thing but we try to make changes to help our environment where we can.
